September 10th, 2015

Travel Trip to New Bridge (23rd June 2015)

We left St Cronan’s in 2 cars at 10 .15 am. 10 of us went. We arrived approx., 11am. We parked the cars in White water car park and T.K Max car park. We purchased tickets for the cars, & then we went shopping, some of us went to H& M, Golden Discs, Penny’s, we had dinner in the food court upstairs in the Whitewater shopping centre and some of us went to a restaurant out in the town.

We went into Newbridge Silverware, we also went into the museum, and we saw lots of memorabilia of famous celebrities e.g Princess Diana & Grace Kelly, we looked at the jewellery downstairs, then we returned to the cars & came back to St. Cronan’s for the buses to take us home to Thurles & Templemore & we really enjoyed our trip to Newbridge.

This was compiled by Maureen O Shea and the service- users that went on the trip.
